Today I completed my sound and foley research. This is what enables me to get my film to have the desired affect on the audience and to add effect.

Today i continued researching my sound and took print screens to show the sites and types of music that i have searched for.

Today I began doing research into my sounds and foley. These are all of the sounds from music to ambient sound that will be used in my film to add effect and also to make it seem more realistic. I have tried to choose sounds that fit in with both the genre and the style of film that i am doing. The sounds are as important in a film as the filming it self, because it adds huge effect and without it the film would be boring and the audience would lose interest almost immediately.

The most important part of the work and that's a reflective evaluation of your research and planning.

You must identify what elements of your work are research, and what elements are part of planning.

The facts about these that you have recorded need to have a reflective evaluation or analysis - that starts with "what went well", goes on to "even better if", and finishes with "what I have learned" and the support of scanned graphics and pictures.

Not all the blogs will take this in depth, but one or two will, and you need to be careful about selecting the right ones for analysis.

This leads on eventually to your seven point evaluation where you will go into depth.

TASK: choose the right blog comments, ones where you have achieved a serious piece of work or made strong progress.

The added word count could be up to 50 words, but may be less.

Make these added comments:

• reflective evaluation or analysis
• what went well
• even better if
• what I have learned
• find all your relevant graphic work and screen shots and add them in as evidence. Some blogs look a bit sad without the colour and impact of illustrations.

If you are having trouble with slideshare and scribd, just post the pictures. Word documents can be posted by copying and pasting them into a blog, but if they have pictures you can take a screenshot and post the whole screenshot with the words and pictures together.

Today I completed my storyboard. This is something the means I have had to think in detail about how I want my sequence to run. I will take this with me when i go to film so that i can follow it instead of having to work from memory.
